ROI markers

Hi

I am new here and am having a Quadcopter built to film some of my land over a year period. I want as near as i can set up a mission and do the same one every few days filming the same so i can see how it changes over 12 months.

I watched all the Youtubes I could find and downloaded Mission Planner so i could start to setup my mission and get used to it. I have version 1.2.92

I can add waypoints which show as a green marker but in several videos people are setting an ROI (Region Of Interest) that the camera follows by adding a red marker

I have followed all the videos, instructions and searched but in my version I can only place green waypoints.

I then realized that in most of the videos they were an older version

My questing is How do you add an ROI point in v1.2.92?

    Could I ask when the developers think ROI will be reinstated?

    I use MP v1.2.92 and you can either right click on the map and place an ROI point or use the drop down in the command menu. Remember that you need an ROI point after each way point for it to work. Good luck and fly safe.

    OK Here is what I have tried

    First did an update to v1.2.93 and ROI is no longer in the Waypoints > Commands drop down

    So i uninstalled and found an older version (V1.2.55) and installed that

    In that version I can place the Red ROI marker

    So can someone confirm is ROI has been dropped as it one thing I need for my proposed mission?

    I also found a Youtube or someone placing a Red Marker (ROI) in version 1.2.58 but cant find a download, does anyone have a link to it?.
