When I decided to connect my XBees to the APM2.5 today I decided to use Serial2, and not the multiplexed Serial1 (which is also used by the USB). However, when failing to make it work I noticed that every time I restarted the APM Planner 2.0 software, the Serial2 baud rate would go back to 1200. I next looked at the full parameter list, and no sign of Serial2.
I then went over to the PC, and the Mission Planner software, and got the same result: Serial2 does not exist. So my guess is that in some upgrade of the firmware, the Serial2 parameter was remove. Am I right? If so, what version do I have to go back to in order to use the Serial2 port?
