Stabilization platforms for camcorder leveling

I am new to this forum and would like to get some informatiom from you, already experienced home inventors. I am working on my perfect stabilization platform for camcorder (flying with RC heli and also for my home made electronic steadycam, well, the electornic is missing yet). I have all mechanic stuff finishednow, two fast continuous servos rotating frame rings for X and Y axis. The only problem is, I need some good stabilization electronic, which would send signal to my two servos. I know, this is not RC FPV forum, but your autopilot projects use exatly what I need. I thing, there is not far away from auto stabilization of the airplain to auto stabilization of any platform, just to hold its horizon as stable (fast correcting) as possible.So I want to ask you, if you can help me to build some IMU system..... or, I can see, there is ArduIMU Kit for sale....http://store.diydrones.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=KT%2DArduIMU%2D01would that make exactly what I expect? Is it enoug fast to correct stabilization platform with two cont rotating servos? Or have you some other idea how to make it without using TX/RC channels?
