You need something like this,http://www.hobbyshop.com.ar/index.php?main_page=product_info&cP... the small one is for the plane and the bigger one is for ground, with an adapter  you can connect to your pc; check out FPV (first person view)  forum like Jeff said, there's a lot of info there.

Is that the best one out in the market?  Anything better?  I'm going long ranges.  What type of camera is there? any motorized ones I can twist and turn?  Need the best camera.

That's de transmitter and receiver that I'am using, and this is the camera for FPV http://www.hobbyshop.com.ar/index.php?main_page=product_info&cP..., if you want to go far you need extra antenas; another camera, better quality but heavier is the famous Go Pro, the pan and til system you have to buy separately.
