surge climbs on AltHold and Loiter modes

need some help, my 650 quad is doing this strange surge climbs during AtHold and Loiter modes, I have checked vibrations and the APM is sitting on comfy foam pads.....this is a new build.....

any ideas please? I have attached a zip file containing all the logs

    Too much vibrations.

      actually, I downgraded to 3.1.5 and everything is all good now...I read that here on another thread apparently a common problem?  where did u see vibrations on my log file?

        Now , I saw you log, and you have *very* bad vibrations.

        Sorry, I must admit I am travelling and did not check the log, but replied based on experience.
        I still don't know what else than vibrations caused such behavior, do you have another explanation ?

    sorry I am running 3.2.1 software on the board.....and using external GPS/Compass....
