Hi Folks,
I've been thinking about purchasing a Phantom 3 and I've messed with some cheaper drones and a lot of R/C helicopters but really now I'm interested in scenic shots in my neighborhood from 200-250 up but I've read on some other sites that Texas drone laws are incredibly restrictive up to the point I would need permission to fly over any private property which would literally end my drone hobby before it really started. Are the laws in Texas really that bad? I've read they wont even let you launch from public parks as well.
