Hello everyone.
I am some way into my first quad build - a 3DR APM kit.
The main problem I am having at the moment is with thrust. I just don't have enough. If I raise the throttle after even a slow descent, I often end up bouncing off the ground at full throttle.
When I run auto review on the logs, that confirms my problem - ie average altitude gain is too low for average throttle input.
This isn't a weight issue - my quad is bare basics, just the frame, APM and GPS.
Has anyone come across this problem before? I'm at a loss.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike,
Both stabilise and loiter- although I think I was flying mostly in loiter so that may have been when I had the syptoms.
Either way though mission planner indicates thrust fail when running auto review.
What flight mode are you flying in?
