That looks just like it. I think the only thing is that the ones from diydrones come pre-configured for ardupilot, and you can get the small adapter for it as well.

Yes, you'll need the adapter and you'll have to solder on some pins on the adapter so you can use your FTDI cable to program it with uCenter so it will work with ArduPilot. We do that for you at the DIY Drones store, which is the case for buying it there (it should be back in stock soon). If you mess up the programming of the uBlox you bought from Sparkfun, we can't help you.

I have this GPS from Sf it did not come with black cover, yours will have cover, you can set it up with u-Center a great software application. I wired directly before adaptor was available, see this, but I would get the adaptor as it is easy to damage unit while soldering wires directly, order adaptor and extension cable together to save some shipping cost. I updated my ublox firmware to v6.00

I made new FTDI to uBlox adaptor cable with swiss pin connector on uBlox adaptor and 5 pin header to Sf FTDI 3.3v Basic

Note: cross white over yellow wires at 5 pin header
