Hi here we have a fully operational APM V1 with 1280 ATmega  IMU shield.  Also included is the GPS module and Magentometer sensor.

Selling as complete unit - Unit could be upgraded to 2560 ATmega of course with a new IMU oil pan/shield.

Okay :) But you may be asking a little much there! I sold a 2560 with gps and magnetometer for ~£96 (Thinking I could get a APM2 in a reasonable time :(
