Permalink Reply by Cody O. on September 21, 2012 at 10:08am I had the same thing happen to me with 1.2.11. I was like, WHAT?!?!?! Then I was like, Ohhhhh... :)
Looks less cluttered now!

Permalink Reply by Stephen R Mann on September 24, 2012 at 7:38am It does not dock and clicking on the pin (or the "X") just makes the pin (and "X") disappear. It's not behaving like a Windows object. It's a minor nuisance because I can just drag it off-screen, but why did you remove it from the tabs in the first place?
Also, is there a change list? What changed from .11 to .12?
Permalink Reply by Tony Heaton on September 25, 2012 at 1:56pm When you're dragging the window, arrows will appear. If you want to dock on the right, drag the window and touch the mouse pointer to the right arrow and release the button.
Permalink Reply by Stephen R Mann on September 25, 2012 at 2:28pm Thanks, now I understand how the docking works, but back to my earlier question. Why is it not in the tabs as in prior versions? Why add the extra steps to move it off-screen or dock it to the side?
Permalink Reply by Tony Heaton on September 26, 2012 at 9:09am When I started 1.2.12, all windows were docked so it didn't take any extra steps for me. I can't speak to the specific reasons for the changes in MP. I can say that for me, this version is more clean looking and I feel like I have more screen area not taken up. A user interface is different for everybody. Some may like the new and some may like the old. I believe Michael is open to suggestions on the user interface.
