Upload navigation commands without Mission Planner

Hello,

is there a way to load MAVLINK commands into the APM2 without using the Mission Planner Tool? For example a file where I have to put in the commands as described in the WIKI. If yes: What is the file name and how do I upload it to APM2?

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
