instead of spending money on replacing hardware, maybe I should spend it on someone to help me not burn the hardware in the first place.

Anyone in SF Bay Area experienced with ardupilot and RC hardware and willing to help a newbie build a quad for beer or cash?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    are you looking for build help or final configuration? I don't have a lot of time but I could get your 90% complete quad finished and flying.
