are the + and - (5V) of the ESC's BEC

Yes but + and 5v of ESC bec are just connected throught the three pin header near these holes. Why these holes are without any wires soldered, you can use for other part?

se fai una prova di continuità con il tester tra le piazzole che indichi e i connettori dove colleghi l'ESC vedrai che c'è continuità...
