What camera

Hi Guys

Most of us who are creating or using drone technology are into photography. Some of us make a living from it and lets face it we are all fairly passionate about our preferred brand of equipment. It does not take a great deal of expertise to realise that the DSLR has become the dinosaur of aerial imaging so what is now the current state of the art. With 3DR there is a developing association with Canon but for me my long affair with Canon came to an end some time ago and I think this guy sums up with 10 very sound reasons why Sony has a firm lead in current technology.

  • CHDK!........ Canon Hackers Development Kit. Canon allows aftermarket firmwire

  • It's not about the equipment, it's about the results. Different jobs require different tools. Even the DSLR you mention has a place if a clients specifies a specific resolution that only a DSLR can do. Canon, Sony, Nikon, Panasonic. They all have their strengths and weaknesses.
