This motor turns fine. Ohms are 0.4 on all phases, same as all the others. I was doing some tuning in the house and smelled burning. Stopped and found this motor was scalding hot. So hot that 10 minutes later, it was STILL scalding hot. What causes this? You can see three windings in the motor are burnt up.
