What happens if APM gets a short power outage during flight (arduplane)

What happens when APM loose power for example 100-1000ms time? Is APM still able to continue on route after power is back or will it make a total reboot like it would do in ground? What happens to the initial location, will it be replaced with new etc.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
