Hello,
I am following DIY drones for quite a some time & very keen on buying a quad or hexa kit for a starter. When I place an order, I see apologies because one item from the kit is out of stock. Sometimes it is just a battery strap. I know this is an open source project, but at least people managing supplies should ensure that supplies be adequate according to demands. It is really frustrating.
Sorry if I hurt anyone.

I brought a kit from Jdrones in January.

I have seen both sites. Is there any difference in quality of motors, ESCs or hardware in 3DR & jdrones kits? jdrones hexa kit is $90 more in price. Can you justify the difference?
Thanks,
joshi Dharmesh

RCTimer has a pretty cool poking DJI knockoff hex a kit.

Permalink Reply by Gabriel on April 19, 2012 at 4:35pm I couldn't see much difference in quality. I think i went with jdrones because they are physically closer to me shipping may of been cheaper.
you can buy frames and motor, ESC kits and just add a APM this is probably the cheaper option there are plenty of other sites with offer kits ( hobbyking goodluckbuy innov8tivedesigns.com )
