Hi! I am new on this site so I am not sure if this question respect the rules.
I am working on a UAV and I have some problems regarding the communication between the remote and the vehicle. I want a camera on the drone so I need high speed communication so I decided to use wifi. Now I am not sure about several aspects(I want a range of 1.5-2 km):
1.I want to use a high power outdoor router on the drone, but I am not sure if a basic arduino wireless shield is enough (I doubt it). The router is going to have: 28dBm power and sensitivity between -75 - 90 dB. I need some suggestions regarding the receiver (what specifications it needs).
2.I want to use a router that normally would be use in a building because I don't know where to buy some routers made for this kind of applications.
