Judging by the size of the antenna trailing out the back end, they're using 440mhz-600mhz... for either the cam or flight control, unless it's a baseloaded antenna. But those seem to be more succeptible to interference from nearby electronics.
Just to warn non-UK citizens the Daily Mail is known for its fearmongering harsh publications.
