I have been searching for a complete list of error codes, LED Status, and terminal.

My APM2 no longer shows any signs of I/O, via 3DR radio or USB; both functioned up until today, this unit has not yet been taken into the field.

It is my belief that my USB connection may have overvolted the devices.  Both TX Led's stay solid under any circumstance.  The doc's and wiki's explain not to supply more than 6 volts to the APM2, however in my experience USB/2-3 average 8 volts.  If anyone can straighten me out on this issue I would be grateful.  :)

I thought the spec on USB 2 voltage was 5 volts but that they could supply up to 5 amps or so when charging?

Whoops.  I believe I meant to say 500mah instead of 5 amps. :)

Yeah, it's strictly 5V and 500mAh max per port. Inside PC or notebook we don't have 8V =) just 12V, 5V and 3.3V, sometimes -12V also.

As well as 1.2 and a few others depending on the cpu/mb specs, I have actually speant time laying out CPU's, ;) I am guessing that my memory is slipping on the spec, and that the laptop I am using for setup/testing fried my APM2 as it is still running around 8v.  A little confused though, because it isn't trying to supply anything other than 5v +/- 5% to anything else.  Sad, very, very sad, APM2/APM2.5 are far too cool and generally robust of a product to cause this behavior.
