Mission Planner APM 1 vertical takeoff???

I saw in the mission planner "takeoff" command that the pitch can be set to 90. Does this actually work if your aircraft is powered sufficiently??

i dont know the answer to that, i would probly test at 45, and work up from there.

or otherwise you might look in the Shuttle to mars section... I'm quite sure it will exist soon.

Never tested Take off command... anybody???

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
