Xbee production was hit hard by the Thai floods, but I do expect them to come back in stock. 3D Robotics will also be releasing its own open-source (and cheaper) alternative to Xbee soon.

Any timeline?  I am one of the many eagerly awaiting (early) pre-orders for APM2.  Wondering if I should pick up an XBEE set or just hold off as I don't have any data worth transmitting yet :-)  Need any IC layout designers?
