Well - it's obvious - we need to outlaw both Milo Danger and paintball guns. That should do it.
And it should be noted that the gun is both cheaper and easier to use without the drone. And a baseball bat is cheaper yet.

And a compound bow and Gilly suit MUCH stealthier, quieter, and more accurate at 40 yards........
