I have just ordered one of these bungee ramps from HK and will post some videos in May or June, as it has to be shipped to the UK from the USA.
You tension the bungee by fixing one end onto a stake, pull the bungee tight and hook it to the pedal using a 1.5m length of cord, then use another cord from the end of the bungee to a hook under your wing.
Press the pedal with your foot and it will push the bungee off the peg and launch the wing.
