Here is a demo of "follow-me" mode implemented using FlytOS. The custom android-app uses FlytAPIs (RESTful) to show the position of drone on google-maps, show the live video feed (from on-board camera), and allow the operator to adjust the position of drone with respect to him.

Hi Bill, really interested to see the detail hot to instruction on integrating Seek into Flytos and Mission Planner HUD.
Do you mind to write tutorial about it?

Many thanks in advance

Here is a sneak peek into FlytConsole, the web-based setup/config/GCS utility, bundled with FlytOS. Read more about it, here.

Here's a short video of Thermal Images streaming to the Mission Planner Hud using FlytOS and the SEEK Thermal Camera.  Please note: this thermal image is from a camera that hasn't been calibrated for dead pixels yet.

I was able to get the SEEK Thermal Camera working on FlytOS in just a couple of hours.   Flytos can now stream MJPEG Thermal Images to any web browser, or the Mission Planner HUD background.

Send me a note if you're interested.  I can try to post some build instructions a little later.  (I'm still working on Wiki page for Seek Thermal/Companion Computer support).

Yeah that was funny :)

The capture was running at 60 hz. But the loop might be running a bit slower. Will check for specific rate tomorrow.

And yes for CV stuff better to go with odroid. I am also closely following your amazing work on balloon finder. Actually I am thinking of doing it as my next demo.

Meanwhile if you have setup of pixhawk and odroid then you can try out this current demo. Also it will be great if you could hack it further and make some real game out of that. :)
