Comment by Javio on May 21, 2012 at 8:03am I am also interested in knowing how to calculate a flying wing. Someone can give us a link to a paper, tutorial or something else useful? Thank you very much.
Comment by Andy Geppert on June 14, 2012 at 8:23am Google "flying wing design" and in the first page of results, you'll find several useful pages. Particularly:

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=231684

I found the document written by Jochen Haas to be very helpful. Search for his document called "Design Procedure for Flying Wing R/C Model Aircraft."
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/25337832/DESIGN-PROCEDURE-FOR-A-FLYING-...
And a spreadsheet to help here (Flying Wing Calc.xls):

...and prepare to learn! It's all been formalized - not to say the math is trivial, but the procedures are straight forward.
Comment by Andy Geppert on June 14, 2012 at 8:24am Oh, and, that rendering of the flying with Andrew did is AWESOME! That is the direction I am pursuing as well.
