Comment by Darren on March 19, 2011 at 12:08pm Not my own anyways, I've just been following what others have done... :)
I could answer any questions though... this is a very popular radio here on diy as rcg
Do you think the price of the Programmer board is worth the convenience vs adding SPI port yourself?
Is the SD card upgrade a kit? or all DIY?
Comment by Darren on March 20, 2011 at 5:28pm the cost of the programmer board was 40usd, it required no soldering and it came with the backlight, (I think its brighter than the hobbyking backlight.) and well worth it to me. you can solder your own, but hey, this one is removable and the chances of burning your radio is nil.
However the sd card is a diy, ill find the link to the post on it... but meanwhile,
Here is a pic of the back of the radio, i circled the usb programmer that tucks away in the battery compartment.

Comment by Archangel06 on January 13, 2012 at 12:30am I have 2 questions for you:
1. Have you programmed your ID0/ID1/ID2 (3 POS Switch) for your APM modes? (Stabilize, Auto, and Manual)
2. What is coming from the Back of your TX, and what looks like, mounting to the front?
