HELP WITH HOOKING UP MY HEXACOPTER TO ARDUPILOT MEGA BOARD

Hi Can some kind person on the forum help a total newbee with the right cable plugin for a hexacopter config. I am using a seven channel futaba 6EX and R617FS receiver and need to know which cables should i attach from the receiver to the Board to get my six motors spinning and working with my Futaba 6EX. The way i have done it was port 1-2-3-4-5 on the receiver plugs into the 1-2-3-4-8 (in) ports on the board and my Esc's plugged into the 123456 of the (out) ports of the mega board. Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
