does anyone want to share their experience in building waterproof multicopters? I'm looking into building a hexa that would allow me to fly in light rain or snowfall. I'm currently using a 3DR Hexa with 880 motors and was thinking about putting the motors upside down to protect them from water. It would proably require a different frame and even different motors though. Any ideas and thoughts welcome!- BradSee More

- for engineering fun. Was interested in Mikrokopter but was turned off by closed source. Now running APM2 on a 3DR Hexa with 880 motors, u-blox lea 6 GPS, sonar, opto flow, 3DR Radio, video transmitter and 4S/8000mA lipos. GoPro Hero2 on stabilzed gimbal.
