Colin Sullivan replied to Brian Hudson's discussion Arduino Matrix / Vector library
"I program the Atomic with a USBtiny programmer and avrdude. I think I will compile with the Arduino IDE and try to load to the binary with avrdude from the command line. I've never tried that before but I expect it will be pretty…"

Colin Sullivan replied to Brian Hudson's discussion Arduino Matrix / Vector library
"If you want generic functions for doing matrix operations, then I suggest lifting them from the Sparkfun 9dof IMU DCM source code or ArduIMU or somewhere. I haven't found a downloadable library for those funcitons either. I noticed in your…"

Profile Information

About Me:
Electronics enthusiast, C/C++ programmer, and aircraft structural mechanic. I also have a strong background in military aviation and economics.
Hometown:
Salem, VA

The Project

Currently, I am designing around an Arduino Duemilanove with Pololu servo controllers and a Sparkfun 6dof IMU. A differential pressure sensor will measure indicated airspeed. I have not settled on a GPS unit yet. I plan to do preliminary testing on a commercially available ARF r/c plane, but I am also pretty far along with a custom design that I hope to implement once the autopilot is functional.
