- David Kern is a graduate of the US Air Force Test Pilot School, and holds degrees in flight test engineering and electrical engineering. He is is an aerospace engineer and experimental test pilot with pilot-in-command time in over 30 different types of aircraft – including fighters, heavy transports, experimental home builts, gliders, and seaplanes. He specializes in sensor and system integration, and also has substantial experience in flight controls, aircraft stability, and propulsion systems. He is an award winning technical author, published by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP). Mr. Kern is a recognized expert in team building and communication, and advises clients on proven and methodical risk management strategies.
