"OK I figured it out really quickly. Its to do with mode switching. not sure why but for me i had something set to CH8 and i must have Ch8 set to mode switch in minim. So change that or your transmitter and you should be set.

It's cost me two rebuilds so far as the oscillation is unrecoverable once it starts, I've tuned down gain in Stabilise P and this doesn't happen normally even when I flick it about.How could it…See More

The 1000mAh cell is purely to run the chute board as it must run totally indepentently to all other systems to be a safetly feature.

Until HK is updated you would have to use a FW version of APM that is based on Mavlink0.9, but that quite an old version now."
