"Can you try a regular LiPo/ESC combo plugged into Output 3, as shown in the manual? I suspect that power is your problem, and I have no way to replicate your Nokia charger setup."

"No, I use a modified Nokia charger to give 5.7V to the next header row beside the +/- receiver normal connection."

"I use an external 6V plugged on the APM (pin headers) and USB for the Mission Planner."

Hello!I don't understand. I have 2 Ardupilot Mega (V1.4 and old version) with a strange problem.The V1.4 doesn't have any reaction (blue led off) when I power up the board plugged on my receiver, however the receiver get power from the board....The old version has the blue led alternatively blinking but I don't have reaction on my mission planner.
