"If you have sonar installed and enabled and you are able to test it using the CLI, then it might be a failure that occurs in the APM 1 hardware. There is something about the APM 1 dropping out of the sky in the Troubleshooting section of the wiki."

About Me:
ive been doing aeromodeling since last 4 years, now m making a autonomus quadcopter
Tell us a bit about your UAV interest
ive already had a fully autonomous flight with my quadcopter, very very thankful to the diy drone team as well as the APM development team. its really very easy to use it.... and to achieve the autonomous flight! but as far as my future goal is to achieve more and more accurate and stable autonomous flights (rock steady)! right now wind has a very huge effect on the accuracy as well as the gps has its own error..... so lets see how much technology can push us towards precise autonomous flights
