Am I understanding it correctly that the Radio can be adjusted to only work within the range of frequencies that I am allowed to operate in with a valid Amateur Radio Technician license?Continue

"I had thought about this very thing, but my scenario may be a little different.  I would look to do a hand off of the craft say as it reaches the limits of one gs, the next gs could pick it up.  Kind of like relay stations or repeaters."
