You can calibrate with mavlink but first flight without RC is rather dangerous and if you have little mis-configuration, your copter will fly away, flip, start a fire or just crash.

Everything seems to be working and when I turn up the throttle the motors spin faster but they all spin clockwise and it can't get off the ground. How do I make the two pusher propellers spin counter-clockwise? I have never calibrated my ESCs before because I don't have a radio so I'm not sure how.
