"For now I only have the two remote LED's.  It only makes sense that the ARMED LED stay lit when it is ARMED and go dark when NOT ARMED.  Blinking at altitude doesn't make sense at all."

60 YO. Mechanical Engineer. Pilot license at age 17. Father flew B-17's during WWII - he was my flight instructor. Own and fly 1946 Piper J3-Cub. Been flying RC since 1975. Recently taught myself 450 collective pitch helicopter. Been interested (read addicted) to aviation my whole life.

Myself and a software engineer at work are building 450 Flamewheels with APM 2.5, v2.9.1, uBlox GPS, 900 mhz telemetry, sonar, two(2) 2200 LiPo's in parallel, and Spektrum DX8 with TM1000 for additional battery monitoring.
