"Hi Gábor, yes, I know, and that is totally ok, that's how open source works, I like it. I was so happy to find the ArducamOSD work and your MinimOSD-Extra work on that to have an OSD and so I was very happy to give you something…"

"yes, "zoom range" is a good idea. And in my response from above I think I did a mistake: You defined the max range to 250 and I wrongly read the code as 7*250. I currently did not know what the better solution is, auto-zooming or…"

"Hi Miguel,> There is something I can't understand. 250m is one char resolution right? No, not in my approach. In my approach the 250m is the stepwidth where the scale is resized. That meansif the object is >=   0m and <250m…"

"Hi,reading the discussion about radar, I found it a good idea and coded a little yesterday. The GPS data in the test video is only simulated, because currently I have no time to fly.The quad comes out of the middle at about 00:09: If you like a…"

"Hi Miguel, I checked your proposal, but the problem is, that the equation(roll + 180) / 90is not equal tor / 90 + 2when calculated wit int.See the following example (roll is an int):roll shall be -120°then the first gives(-120 + 180) / 90 = 60…"

"Hi Gabor, very nice enhancement of the MinimOSD code. Looking at the code I found one thing: Because the angles can be up to +-180 degrees, wouldn't it be better to use int16_t instead int8_t ? static int8_t    osd_pitch =…"

"much harder because: in the fin are 2 servos and CFK But main reason is: This is the test mock up for my flying wing; there the antenna will topple trough the wing and there is no fin Bye JR"

Using ArduPilot as a Barometric Antenna Toppler - B.A.T.

Hi, I used and extended the ArduPilot code for an approach to a special FPV issue: 'Where should I put my FPV AV-TX antenna' In down position video transmission is often better than in up position. But hey, bad news, sometimes we have to land... So I came to the solution of toppling the antenna. The test flight video shows the Barometric Antenna Toppler - B.A.T. - in action. The antenna is toppled down when the plane is above 25m and toppled up when it's below 20m. (Values can…See More
