Hello,I would like to know why my hexa is accelerating itself when I move the throttle stick one step only.My setup is APM2 with arducopter 2.8.1 with default configuration. Here is a video showing…Continue
"Hi, same problem over here and with my hexa and i´m using also 2.8.1 configuration, also i noticed an unsual increasement of the rotation of the motors when i move the stick at 1/2 of the throttle, if i continue to move the stick it gets…"
"now i don´t think so...because also with 2 battery´s (only one connected) its rhe same...
the motors just spin to fast at a low rc input level, i think...

"Wow, it lifts at 5% !!
Initially it sounds like you're massively over powered. Can you post some detail on the quad. The following would be useful

"okay...i have thinked that when the throttle ammount is at 50% the copter must hover in stable altitude...or not?
my copter lifts at about 5% and its very havy to land because when i drop the throttle under 3-4% the copter stops...
so i starded to…"
"did you put something on the Baro to protect it from the wind? this could be the issue as the APM sense a difference on pressure and behave by adding more throttle.
I use a small band-aid with a piece of foam under it to shield the baro…"
Here is a tlog file showing the issue clearly.
Sorry by the last attachments, I'm going step by step about learning Mission Planer features. Now I know the existence of .rlog and .tlog files.
I did acc calibration, and tested with and without compass enabled (and sonar), but always the same behaviour. I have never lifted the copter off because I feel I have no control of it, so I can not verify if copter makes corrections. By…"
"I have come across this happening in plain stabilise mode.
It never actually takes off but the motor speed increases.
I found it mostly due to a small change in the sensors, like compass, or the copter not being quite level.
When you do gently…"
"Can you upload a flash log? My guess is it's in RTL or some other Auto mode. It won't engage fully until the throttle is above zero. That's an extra level of failsafe for users who accidentally enter an AP mode.
