"did you put something on the Baro to protect it from the wind?  this could be the issue as the APM sense a difference on pressure and behave by adding more throttle.  I use a small band-aid with a piece of foam under it to shield the baro…"

"Can you upload a flash log? My guess is it's in RTL or some other Auto mode. It won't engage fully until the throttle is above zero. That's an extra level of failsafe for users who accidentally enter an AP mode. Jason"
