Shooting the ground with a Sony Nex5 and a 16mm pancake lense

Hi All, Just got going with some aerial photos with my Sony Nex5 and it looks like a hover of 5 feet or 150cm will work perfect for natural ground shots to make a good natural feel to the floor print, ie tarmac shot at full quality on the NEX gives an actual life size print shot at 5 feet using a 16mm pancake lense. If you want to get involved let me know. KristianSee More

Likewise Kristian.  While I've had my NEX 5n for almost a month and a half, it's taken me a while to build a camera mount.  It's still not quite right but getting closer.  I stripped the pitch servo so am currently waiting to receive a new servo I ordered.  Then I'll be able actually try some aerial photos and videos with it.  I'm very impressed with it as a regular camera and I know it's going to blow away my old Canon point and shoot for aerial photos and videos.

Will look forward to hearing your impressions when you can. Thanks
