Just for fun
Hometown:
Sparanburg SC, USA but now in Winterthur Switzerland

What i am doing....

I work at ZHAW (Zürich University of Applied Sciencenses) at a drohne project called UMARS (www.umars.ch). Currently there ist a demonstrator without autopilot flying. Soon there will be a Paparazzi fitted.
I am interestet in developping my one private drohne that fits in the below 1.5 kg class. So i could fly beyond visual range. Maybe ardupilot is the right autopilot for that matter.
My skills in electronics and programming are limited since i studied mecanical engeneering. I hope i can manage to run a ardupilot.
