Great find Faisal, looks interesting an very capable. Reasonably priced too.
No need to buy the Dev kit, the manual explains how to configure it via serial commands, that's good enough for testing.
A choice of different graphic layouts would be great, specially for the Horizon Indicator, something that would resemble more real aircraft instruments, that would be awesome!
They also have the 5V version but that won't work. You can get a USB cable from the DIYstore that has the FTDI chip built in so you can use it to power the board at 5V and transfer serial info to the TX/RX pins at 3.3v level.

Make sure you voltage source is nice and steady.
The analog out point should not fluctuate, unless you are outdoors and the wind is unsteady with gusts.
