"Hello Rana Yes you can, the original Balloon Finder is using a C920 connected to an ODROID XU4,  The goal if this project is that you can make a complete autonomous vision system for less than the price of a Logitech C920 camera."

"Three resistors for the LEDs.  Voltage divider for the rc input. From what I've read, not needed also. ADS115 - if you are using a module, it's SDA to SDA, SCL to SCL, ADDR to GND I don't remember which input is voltage/curent.…"
