"When you plug the servos in first time they will centre to their 'neutral' position, that is normal.  If you can't get the servos to move when you move the transmitter sticks then the first problem is between your transmitter…"

"S=signal, the PWM signal that controls the servo or ESC It can go on any unused pin on the output rail. The other end goes straight to the battery - you would normally put a connector on it to match up with your battery. Cheers Paul"
