"Hi,I am a student in Viet Nam and i am building an automatic air plane using Raspberry Pi. I saw your quadcopter use Arduino control servos to reduce the latency of Linux. So can your quacopter fly and record video at the same time?"

Profile Information

About Me:
I'm a mad scientist! =)

I've been building robots all my life. Always loved electronics and found programming later in life.

What brings me here is my first flying robot project (QUAD-FU).
Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
Created and flying a Raspberry Pi Quad with a modified ps2 controller. The entire project has been created by scratch, with the exception of some purchased components (motors, IMU, RPi). All of the software has been created specifically for this project with the idea I'll have a whole fleet of various copters eventually.

I've never really flown before so that in itself is a learning experience. As funds become available and the QUAD-FU project advances I hope to be flying without a controller in my hand =)

I have questions about components. Please add me to friends for chat.

Thanks.
