"It only works with the Adafruit AVR programmer for me (not AVRISP II). It's a driver conflict thing....hopefully they'll get it sorted out in the next version."

"The Arduino IDE will do it for you. Just select "Burn Bootloader" from the Tools menu.
FYI, the fuse settings are all in the makefile in the arduino-0018\hardware\arduino\bootloaders\atmega folder."
