"@Gregory , the range is only 4 / 5 meter with the wire ... nedd to add a pre ampli + noch filter ... some HAM guys are working on a cheap cirtcuit to add ... with 1 W you can do 10 km or more depend of antenna . "

"Jack is not MPEG-2 but H.264 :) And sure the incredible is that si a compliant standard DVB-S not a custom standard ... so it's compatible with standard receiver. Best Roberto "

"Easier to send JPEG with no latency than MPEG-2 with all the latency.  Still nifty that the old GPIO with DMA can modulate that much data. "
