Has anyone (or better, who has) done an ArduPilot conversion for an old DraganFlyer V?  I have one - flies like crap because it's got brush motors and old electronics - the frame is pretty solid…Continue

Post-Crash Behavior of Hexa

Hi, all.I have a DJI F550 with an APM2.5 with the latest firmware. DJI ESCs and motors.  uBlox GPS, FWIW.Anyway, I had a crash due to..basically, poor cable management.  I've learned.  The power line from the 3DR PM pulled out and caused a RTL which was a bad thing.  Anyway, after replacing the broken props, when I attach the battery, the APM & GPS light up as usual.  The ESCs don't arm - and they aren't beeping incessantly...Just nothing.  No sound. Any thoughts?  Can a low battery cause…See More

DraganFlyer Vi Conversion

Has anyone (or better, who has) done an ArduPilot conversion for an old DraganFlyer V?  I have one - flies like crap because it's got brush motors and old electronics - the frame is pretty solid though, so, I want to make it useful.Any feedback/suggestions would be great.  I have a Makerbot and was thinking about whipping up some ArduPilot mounting brackets if it hasn't already been done.Thoughts?CheersBillSee More
