The max frequency is about 34Khz and for a two bladed prop you might have to enter .5 into the gain value.
Let me know if the Eagle Tree sensor works, I tested with a signal generator.

I love your Calvin cartoon. It really does sum things up. It happened to me once, I forgot to turn on my transmitter. The plane was going around in circles at low altitude, it buzzed me a couple of times, finally had a hard landing. My son was by my side. I thought that it was the receiver that was off, until my son pointed out to me, after the flight was over, that all I had to do was turn on my transmitter.
