"Just talk with the teradek guys at NAB. They've demoed their system with a PhotoshipOne Halo (both socal based firms). the video looks really good, no breaks, etc.. but a. The system works by diversity (802.11n) and not a point to point setup.…"

FPV over Cube 150 HD-SDI devices?

Hey everyone, Just curious if anyone had any experience with Teradek cube HD WiFi encoders for FPV....They seem very powerful, and capable of delivering loss-less video over high bandwidth. http://yhst-128017942510954.stores.yahoo.net/cube-150350.html I have an HD video camera with HD-SDI out, which would connect directly to this encoder, and simply plug the decoder to my laptop and capture the stream over 802.11b Seems simple enough.Any one else tried this before? Cheers,TonySee More

"Solved! Good news: I swapped out the Rx with another, and it now works like a dream. Bad news: The Rx that I ruined was my brand new AR8000. Good thing I bought the Dx8 last week in the first batch that now comes with 2 Rx's. Still a bummer…"

"Ya, I'm very lost...my power rail works and will power the Rx on any of the outputs. I can even control the motors, however, not as you'd expect. ( you can see that in the video)   I just don't understand why the lights…"

"Kind of... my lights are on, but it's obvious I'm not getting a signal from the Rx, and my ESCs are calibrated. The power rails are working so nothing is too burned up.... really scratching my head at this one."

"Power cycle didn't help. Yes, powering the rail on the 3rd output, using ESC connected to LiPo.  "

"Yes, that's what I've got. So the solid blue LED means no signal from radio, right? ....which just boggles me even more."

"None of the blue LEDs are flashing, they are solid. Just to clarify, from top to bottom = signal, power, ground?.... which is the opposite of how my AR8000 servo pins are (just double checking) Yes, I am connected to channels 1-4 on this one."
